We’ve invested in a state-of-the-art laser engraving machine that will allow us to create beautifully detailed, personalized engravings on a variety of items. Our staff is currently training on the new equipment and taking the time to become comfortable with all of its capabilities. We want to make sure that when we begin offering this service, we can provide the quality and attention to detail you’ve come to expect from us.
In the near future, we’ll be able to personalize charms, plaques, giftware, jewelry, and more with names, dates, meaningful messages, and special designs—making your gifts and keepsakes even more personal.
The Art of Hand Engraving
While we’re excited about the possibilities of laser engraving, we also believe there is something truly special about traditional hand engraving.
We are fortunate to work with an amazingly talented hand engraver, whose craft represents generations of jewelry-making artistry. Hand engraving is much more than simply putting a design onto metal. It is a painstaking art form requiring a trained eye, a steady hand, years of experience, and an understanding of how light, depth, and line interact with the surface of the metal. Each cut is made individually by hand, giving every piece its own character and a level of artistry that cannot be replicated by a machine.
Laser engraving and hand engraving each have their own unique strengths, and we’re thrilled to be able to offer our customers both options.
