Shipping policy

Shipping is complimentary on our Fine Jewelry.

In-stock items typically take 1-2 business days to validate & process and 1-3 days to ship. Additional order validation may be required and can delay delivery. If the item needs to be special ordered or altered before shipping please allow for extra time. 

Due to the high value of our products, signature confirmation will be required on all orders. If there is a chance that you will not be home to receive your package, it may be  a good idea to send it to a place where someone can sign for it, such as your workplace. If delivery is attempted and no one is there to sign for the package, it will be your responsibility to make arrangements to pick up your package from the carrier. 

Our packages ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx to the continental United States. Please note that FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
